My approach is person-centered, strengths based, and I incorporate CBT, DBT, relational therapy, and mindfulness within my clinical practice. I specialize in: learning coping strategies for regulating emotions, building confidence/self-esteem, exploring life transitions, and understanding/changing patterns within relationships.
I believe change and transformation is possible when we are motivated and are provided an empowering environment to practice within. Together we can practice vulnerability and self-compassion, explore meaningful connections, and create space for change and life balance.
